Technical description:

The raw material should be filtrated and then goes in liquid tank in front of high-pressure pump.

After been filtered and heated (by indirect gas heater), the air enters into the air distributor on the side of the dryer. The hot air enters into the drying room in the parallel form uniformly.

Passing through the high-pressure pump on the side of the box, the material liquid will pass through the atomizer or nozzles into the extremely fine mist liquid beads.

Through the very short time of contacting with heated air, the materials start to be dried into the final products.

The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the tower dryer.

The waste gas will be discharged from blower before deep filtrating by bag filter.
